NEW SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND MESSAGES
So what happens if your subscription has expired or FREE trial ended without renewing?
We email you one week before the end of your FREE trial to let you know your WebEmailProtector subscription is expiring.
We also email you if your annual subscription has not processed OK.
Should you not renew, we suspend your subscription and you should remove any code from your site otherwise visitors will not be able to contact you.
Again, we email to let you know so you can choose to continue to use or not (but we hope you do!).
However several customers have not been aware of the issues caused by leaving un-subscribed code on their site.
Because of this we have changed what happens if a visitor clicks on your email to make it more obvious to both you and your visitors.
Firstly, every time a visitor clicks on the email link, we email you to let you know that the email use has been attempted but not released.
Secondly, every time a visitor clicks on the email link, we divert them to a friendly page to explain that the email is no longer functioning.

Hope this clarifies what happens on expiry and prevents any accidental loss of contact.
